Dr. Jingbin Wang (2) - Chairman
Dr. Wang is Executive Director of China Nonferrous Metals Resource Geological Survey, a position he has held since 2003. He has also held the title of Vice-President of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association since 2008. Dr. Wang is a leader in the non-ferrous metals industry in China with great expertise in mineral exploration and mining amassed over his 24 years of experience. He has been granted the title of National Youth Expert for Outstanding Contribution in China in recognition of his success in prospecting results and scientific research. In addition, he is the Chief Scientist of National 973 Program. Dr. Wang has been President of the Beijing Institute of Geology for Mineral Resources since 2002, and is currently Chairman of Sinotech Minerals Exploration Co., Ltd. and Silvore Fox Minerals Corp. Dr. Wang is Chairman of Canaco's Compensation Committee.
Andrew Lee Smith (1)
Mr. Smith is a Professional Geologist and the co-founder of Canaco. He has over 25 years of experience successfully exploring, developing and operating North American base and precious metals mining and gem projects. Mr. Smith joined Aurizon Mines Ltd. in 1985 and resigned in 1998 from the position of Vice President Exploration.
Mr. Smith is also co-founder of True North Gems, which has been exploring and developing North American Gemstone and is currently in application for mine permitting for the Fiskenaesset ruby project in Greenland. Mr. Smith holds a BSc in Earth Sciences from the University of Waterloo and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. He received the Mining Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 1994 from the Quebec Prospectors Association for his role in mine development with Aurizon, and was named Outstanding Alumnus of 2009 by the Science Faculty of the University of Waterloo for his contributions to mineral exploration.

Mr. Parsons is Vice-President, Insurance of Goldcorp Inc. where he is responsible for corporate risk. Prior to this appointment in 2010, he was Director, Corporate Services and Financial Analysis from October 2004 to 2010. Since 2001, he was employed by Wheaton River and served as Controller until October 2004. Mr. Parsons was directly involved in the acquisitions by Wheaton River and the subsequent merger with Goldcorp in 2005. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia and is a Certified General Accountant with over 25 years of experience in the gold mining industry, having served in the roles of Controller, Chief Financial Officer and Director of public companies.

Mr. Lock is Chairman of Castle Peak Mining Ltd. He has over 30 years of experience in the operations, feasibility, design engineering and construction of numerous precious and base metals mining projects around the world. During his career Mr. Lock held senior positions with a major international mining consortium and two major engineering companies. In 1985 he founded Proton International Engineering Corp., a Canadian engineering and construction company devoted to the development of small- and medium-sized mining projects. Mr. Lock has also managed and served as a director of several Canadian public and private companies. He was an officer of Frontier Pacific Mining Corporation since early 2006 until it was taken over by Eldorado Gold in 2008, and is presently a Director of Scorpio Gold Corporation.
Shuixing Fu (4)
Mr. Fu is Deputy General Manager of SinoTech (Hong Kong) Corporation Limited and Sinotech Minerals Exploration Co., Ltd. He has over 20 years of experience in mineral exploration and mining operations as well as scientific research. As a Professional Geologist, he is well known in the industry of non-ferrous metals exploration in China for his achievements in prospecting prognosis, remote sensing geology and mathematical geology. He has won the first and second National Prize for Progress in Science and Technology four times. Mr. Fu also serves as Deputy Director of China Nonferrous Metals Resource Geological Survey and Vice President of Beijing Institute of Geology for Mineral Resources.

David W. Moore - Advisory Board Chairman
Mr. Moore has spent most of his 30+ year career with Teck Cominco Ltd. (Cominco Ltd., Cominco Resources International, Cominco American Incorporated), most recently (1999-2001) acting as general manager of global exploration and (2001-2003) as general manager of exploration and business development. In addition Mr. Moore held a number of directorships over the past decade, including with Cominco Argentina Ltd., Cominco Brazil Ltd., Cominco Madencilik Sanayi A.S., Cominco Mexico S.A. de C.V. and Cominco Namibia Ltd.
Joanne Freeze
Ms. Freeze is Chief Executive Officer, Director and co-founder of Candente Copper Corp. as well as President, CEO and Director of Candente Gold Corporation. Ms. Freeze holds a BA in Geography from the University of Western Ontario and a BSc in Geology from the University of British Columbia.
Ms. Freeze has over 30 years of experience managing exploration programs and evaluating projects for numerous international mining companies, both junior and major, including Queenstake Resources Ltd., Arequipa Resources Ltd., Mountain Province Mining Inc., Placer Dome Inc., Dia Met Minerals Corp., Hughes-Lang Group and Utah Mines Ltd. Exploration targets have included nearly all types of mineral deposits but gold has been the dominant focus. Ms. Freeze advises Canaco on corporate matters related to financing and market awareness and brings technical expertise for potential acquisitions.
Dr. Alan Carter
Dr. Carter is Chief Operating Officer of Peregrine Diamonds Ltd. He has a BSc in Geology from the University of Nottingham, U.K., and a PhD from the University of Southampton, U.K., and has 18 years of experience in the minerals exploration industry.
Dr. Carter spent seven years working for Rio Tinto Corp. in South America and the United Kingdom before resigning his position as exploration manager, Bolivia in 1996 to join Balaclava Mines as President and Chief Executive Officer. At Balaclava, Dr. Carter oversaw the acquisition and exploration of a number of gold projects in Peru and Ecuador. He joined Billiton PLC in 1998 and moved from Peru to Vancouver, B.C., in 2000 where he was instrumental in the development of an aggressive strategy aimed at developing partnerships with junior exploration companies. Following the merger with BHP, Dr. Carter assumed the role of manager, business development for BHP Billiton Diamonds where he was responsible for the commercial aspects of BHP Billiton's global portfolio of nickel and most recently diamond exploration projects.
Sean Waller
Mr. Waller is President of Candente Copper Corp. and a registered Professional Engineer with more than 25 years of international experience in mining project management, evaluation, design and operation, with a specific focus on large-scale copper projects and gold projects.
Prior to joining Candente he was with AMEC Americas Limited Mining Division ("AMEC") in Vancouver where he held the positions of Vice President of Global Business Development and Senior Project Manager. He has also worked with SNC-Lavalin's Mining Division and Freeport-McMoRan at its Grasberg copper operation in Indonesia. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum ("CIM") where he has served on the CIM National Executive Council, and he is the immediate past Vice President for District 6 (British Columbia and Yukon). Mr. Waller has a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver and a Master's Degree in Mineral Process Engineering from The Montana School of Mines in Montana.
Peter Mordaunt
Mr. Mordaunt is a Registered Professional Geoscientist with more than 25 years of experience in mine development and advanced exploration. He retired in January 2010 from his role as Chairman and CEO of Stingray Copper Inc., which he founded, managed and merged with Mercator Minerals Ltd. Previously as Chairman and CEO, he founded, managed and merged Corner Bay Silver Inc. with Pan American Silver Inc. in 2003.
Mr. Mordaunt's business skills have been focused on advanced project development leading to bankable feasibility studies, finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Mordaunt is a graduate of the University of Guelph and a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors. He serves as a Director of Argonaut Gold, Lipari Energy, and Ethos Capital.
