He is a leader in the non-ferrous metals industry in China as an expert in mineral exploration and mining with 24 years experience. He has been granted the title of National Youth Expert for Outstanding Contribution in China for his great success in prospecting results and scientific research. In addition, he is the Chief Scientist of National 973 Program.
